KRATOS provides product delivery throughout India. As an electronic product provider, we often deliver your order within a week except:
  • In case of non-availability of the product
  • Natural disaster
  • Any issue at the end of delivery partner
  • Other emergency situations
Order Placement & Confirmation
  • A user-friendly way of order placement is available on the website. You will receive a confirmation mail after placing an order. In case you do not receive a confirmation mail then first check your “spam folder” after that contact us if mail is not received within an hour.
  • A confirmation mail shows that your order is placed successfully.
  • Order cancellation is allowed till your order shows pending status. Once it is processed for shipment you will not be able to cancel your order.
Payment mode
  • We receive your payment via all modes like credit card/debit card/ UPI/ cash.
  • Although cash on delivery facility is available on limited location which can be checked during order placement.
Delivery Time
  • “As we deal with essential products, we try to provide your order as soon as possible.”An approx. delivery time is shown to you at the time of order placement but we will reach you sooner than that. A delay in delivery may be possible in the above-mentioned conditions. Hilton has the right to cancel your order if it takes more than the usual time for delivery or if the location is tough to trace physically. Thus we request all the customers to provide accurate details of delivery addresses for timely receiving your order.
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges depend on the number of items, pack weight, and pin code of the location. Shipping charges will be other than the product cost and non-refundable in all cases except if you received the wrong product. Free Shipping & Discounts As a good business etiquette, we offer shipment on every order of cost 1000 INR or above. Along with this we also provide for a time being decent discounts on selected products.
